Care Home – Replacement Platform Lift
Challenge
To replace the existing 2 stop lift which was installed in the 70’s and had become uneconomical to repair. The lift shaft was also small in size.
Solution
The existing lift was removed and, together with a small amount of builders’ works, we managed to fit a larger sized lift (950 x 1250mm) than previously installed.
Results
The old lift was removed and new lift installed, all within approximately one week causing minimal disruption to the Care Home.
